A mother reaches out her hand and embraces her child, overflowing with love and eternal optimism. This was a sight that replayed for much of the day – a moment of gratitude and appreciation for participants and volunteers alike.
As the Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s beautiful cherry blossom trees glistened in the sunlight, budding with new life, thousands of people came to enjoy the garden’s annual Cherry Blossom Festival. To ensure the visitors had a pleasant and comfortable experience, members from the World Mission Society Church of God were there to help with the admissions process.

Volunteers joined forces with Jersey Cares to spruce up the Boys and Girls Club of Garfield. They used approximately 20 gallons of paint to brighten the walls at the Club, including the Recreation Room, Art Room and Computer Room. They also decorated "I have a dream" pillowcases with nearly 40 elementary-school-aged children.

The New York Church of God Choir and Orchestra along with other volunteer members from the Church, presented a special musical program at the New Jersey Veteran Memorial Home in Paramus, NJ. This was a very special event.
